Masjid Connect authorization

Confirm the people trusted to represent your Masjid.

BCAT activates official schedules, moderation, live programming, community tools, and Marketplace storefront links only after an authorized representative and BCAT complete verification.

Before you begin

Use the Masjid's monitored official email when possible.
Have the Imam, board, or administration authorization available for verification.
Do not upload identity, tax, banking, or payment documents here.
Marketplace payments require a separate vendor and Stripe review.

After your organization is approved

BCAT assigns your verified account to your Masjid. In the updated Masjid Connect app, select your organization and open Settings → Masjid Administration to manage official prayer times, notices, social links, calendar announcements, branding and the shared TV theme. You can mark organization settings as managed while worshippers retain their personal notification, audio and accessibility choices.

Signing up or requesting an admin role does not grant access. Ask BCAT to approve or revoke each authorized administrator.
